Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer (‘Casino Welcome Offer’). You accept these T&Cs by opting in and making an eligible deposit. You can only claim the Casino Welcome Offer once.

1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

1.4. The Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Casino Welcome Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

1.5. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error

Who Can Enter?

2.1. The Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer is open to new players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Casino Welcome Offer will automatically be voided.

How to Enter?

3.1. Select the Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer during registration which will be visible in the promotions page in your Account immediately.

3.2. Opt in via the promotions page before depositing. Minimum deposit amount £10. If you claim the offer and do not make an eligible deposit (i.e., less than £10.00), the offer will not be available again.

3.3. Deposit must be placed and linked within 7 days from the time the offer is credited to the player's account.

3.4. Players' deposit amount will determine the value of their reward up to £50.

3.5. 100% of the matched deposit amount up to £50 paid in cash when the deposit amount has been wagered 10x on casino games.

3.6. 125 Free Spins worth 10p each will be rewarded when the deposit amount has been wagered 10x on eligible casino games.

3.7. Free Spins on Fishin' Frenzy The Big Catch Gold Spins only, they cannot be transferred to any other game.

3.8. There is no wagering attached to any winnings from the Free Spins, and winnings will be instantly credited to your Account. Winnings can be withdrawn.

3.9. Free Spins will expire 3 days after being credited to your Account.

3.11. Players have 7 days from deposit time to complete wagering requirements before expiry.

3.12. Only cash stakes will qualify.

3.13. Players can make and wager more than one deposit in order to contribute towards the wagering requirement but only the first deposit will contribute to the reward received.

3.14. Once the wagering requirement is complete, the cash reward and Free Spins will be available to claim via the promotions page.

3.15. Once credited, cash reward and Free Spins must be claimed within 7 days.

3.16. Maximum cash reward of £50. Any deposits over £50 will receive a maximum £50 reward.

3.17. Players can make withdrawals of their real money balance without forfeiting their 100% Deposit Offer.

3.18. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this offer and/or to release a reward.
