BetMGM Rewards: Terms & Conditions

1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the BetMGM Rewards Programme (“BetMGM Rewards”). You accept these T&Cs by opting in to BetMGM Rewards.

1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail. Solely in relation to the mechanics of BetMGM Rewards, these T&Cs shall prevail, followed by the Standard Promotional Terms, and then the GTCs, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency in relation to BetMGM Rewards.

1.3. BetMGM Rewards is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (“BetMGM”). Please see the footer for further information.

1.4. BetMGM Rewards will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of BetMGM Rewards where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

1.5. In the event BetMGM Rewards is terminated, suspended or modified in line with clause 1.4:

1.5.1. Modified with no changes - where BetMGM Rewards is modified, where such changes are not material, or do not negatively impact your rights, the T&Cs will be updated and your progress will remain uninterrupted. BetMGM Rewards and progress towards it may be suspended whilst changes are made.

1.5.2. Modified with changes - where BetMGM Rewards is, for any reason, modified with material changes required, and your progress towards BetMGM Spin&Win (refer to clause 4 for more information on BetMGM Spin&Win) has started (with 1 spin or more) you will receive BetMGM Spin&Win in the "My Offers' page on your Account. The prize tier will be based on your average spin contributions to this point. You will be required to opt back into the BetMGM Rewards Programme in the event it is reintroduced, accepting any new T&Cs. BetMGM Rewards and progress towards it will be suspended whilst changes are made.

1.5.3. Terminated - you will receive BetMGM Spin&Win in the "My Offers' page on your Account if you have started progress (with 1 or more spin). The prize tier will be based on your average spin contributions up to this point. You will be required to opt back into the BetMGM Rewards Programme in the event it is reintroduced, accepting any new T&Cs.

2. Who Can Enter?

2.1. BetMGM Rewards is open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (“your Account”). BetMGM Rewards is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to BetMGM Rewards to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in BetMGM Rewards will automatically be voided.

3. BetMGM Rewards Programme

3.1. In order to enter you must be logged into your Account and opt in to the BetMGM Rewards Programme via the BetMGM Rewards page.

3.2. Upon opting in, a Progress Circle (“Progress Circle'') will be displayed at the top of the screen on your Account. The Progress Circle will be visible at all times, including during gameplay, and will indicate your progress towards eligibility for BetMGM Spin&Win.

3.3. In the event that you opt-out of the promotion, your progress will reset to 0% and the Progress Circle will no longer be visible during gameplay. To re-enter you should opt-in again to restart from zero.

3.4. You must complete 200 spins on any Casino game to reach 100% on the Progress Circle, at which point a notification will appear to indicate BetMGM Spin&Win has been triggered.

3.5. The minimum stake contribution towards your progress is 20p per spin. This means that the minimum cost to meet 200 spins is £40.00.

3.6. Only stakes made after opting in will count towards your progress.

3.7. For the avoidance of doubt, stakes made with bonus funds will not count towards fulfilling the Progress Circle.

3.8. The Progress Circle will reset after every 200 spins and has unlimited uses.

3.9. In the event that you are opted into MGM Millions, only the game round wager made on MGM Millions will count towards your progression, which means that the additional charge of the 'jackpot bet' will not count.

4. BetMGM Spin&Win

4.1. Once BetMGM Spin&Win is triggered and you have been notified in line with clause 3.4, you must spin BetMGM Spin&Win within 72 hours. If unused within 72 hours, the BetMGM Spin&Win will expire and will no longer be available.

4.2. Prizes available on the BetMGM Spin&Win include: Cash, Free Spins on selected games, or a re-spin, please see Clause 4.6 below for more information.

4.3. Free Spins will be credited to your Account immediately but will expire if not used within 72 hours.

4.4. Cash prizes will be credited into the cash balance on your Account immediately and there are no wagering requirements attached. Cash prizes do not expire.

4.5. A re-spin prize allows a further chance to spin and win. This must be completed within 72 hours.

4.6. Your prize will be determined by your average stake amount:

4.6.1. Tier 1: Average stake between 20p to 49p to complete the 200 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 1 Free Spin at 20p on The Dog House MEGAWAYS, 30p Cash, another Spin on the BetMGM Spin&Win, 3 Free Spins at 20p on Great Rhino MEGAWAYS, 80p Cash, or 5 Free Spins at 20p on Buffalo King MEGAWAYS.

4.6.2. Tier 2: Average stake between 50p to 99p to complete the 200 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 1 Free Spin at 40p on John Hunter and the Book of Tut, 75p Cash, another Spin on the BetMGM Spin&Win, 3 Free Spins at 40p on Chilli Heat MEGAWAYS, £4 Cash, or 15 Free Spins at 40p on Fruit Party.

4.6.3. Tier 3: Average stake between £1 to £2.99 to complete the 200 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 1 Free Spin at 60p on The Dog House MEGAWAYS, 5 Free Spins at 60p on Gates of Olympus, another Spin on the BetMGM Spin&Win, £6 Cash, 12 Free Spins at 60p on Gates of Olympus, or £10 Cash.

4.6.4. Tier 4: Average stake £3+ to complete the 200 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 1 Free Spin at £1 on John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen, 4 Free Spins at £1 on Wolf Gold, another Spin on the BetMGM Spin&Win, £9 Cash, 15 Free Spins at £1 on Wolf Gold, or £25 Cash.
