1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Casino Welcome Offer (‘Casino Welcome Offer’). You accept these T&Cs by opting in and making an eligible deposit. You can only claim the Casino Welcome Offer once.

1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

1.3. The Casino Welcome Offer is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘BetMGM’). Please see the footer for further information.

2. Who Can Enter

2.1. The Casino Welcome Offer is open to new players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Casino Welcome Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Casino Welcome Offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Casino Welcome Offer will automatically be voided.

2.3. The Casino Welcome Offer can only be claimed once per household, computer and/or IP address. Only one account per player is permitted. Players who attempt to register and claim The Casino Welcome Offer through multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended and all bonus and winnings void. BetMGM's decision is final.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Select the Casino Welcome Offer when signing up, and it will be visible in the ‘Promotions page’ in your Account immediately.

3.2. Make a deposit of at least £10 and wager at least £10 on eligible casino games (as defined below), within 7 days of registration.

3.3. To qualify and remain eligible for the Casino Welcome Offer, wagering requirement must meet the following games contribution criteria (‘Wagering’):

3.3.6. 3.4. You may make and wager more than one deposit in order to contribute to the wagering requirement of this offer.

3.5. Bonus funds are excluded from the wagering requirement.

3.6. You may only progress wagering for one active bonus at a time, if you have more than one active bonus, wagering will be progressed in the order in which the offers were claimed and any subsequent bonuses will become active once the first is completed or expired.

4. How to Claim Your Rewards

4.1. Once the wagering requirement is met, your 225 Free Spins will be automatically credited to your Account.

4.2. The Free Spins are valued at 10p per spin.

4.3. The Free Spins are available on Big Bass Splash only, they cannot be transferred to any other game.

4.4. The Free Spins will be indicated by a gift symbol at the top of the screen and can be used the next time Big Bass Splash is opened.

4.5. The amount of the Free Spins will not increase if a higher deposit or wager is made, you will still receive 225 Free Spins.

4.6. Should any of the Free Spins remain unused after 3 days they will automatically expire and no longer be available for use in your Account.

4.7. There is no wagering requirement attached to any winnings from the Free Spins. Winnings will be instantly credited to your Account and can be withdrawn.

4.8. Withdrawals of your real money balance can be made without forfeiting your reward.

5. Other Terms

5.1. The Casino Welcome Offer will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Casino Welcome Offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
