Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer (‘Casino Welcome Offer’). You accept these T&Cs by opting in and making an eligible deposit. You can only claim the Casino Welcome Offer once.

1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

1.4. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of the Welcome Offer from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our GTCs), except if you have already opted in or deposited or wager related to this offer.

1.5. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error

Who Can Enter?

2.1. The Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer is open to new players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Casino Welcome Offer will automatically be voided.

How to Enter?

3.1. Select the Exclusive Casino Welcome Offer during registration which will be visible in the promotions page in your Account immediately.

3.2. Opt in via the promotions page before depositing. Minimum deposit amount £10. If you claim the offer and do not make an eligible deposit (i.e., less than £10.00), the offer will not be available again.

3.3. Deposit must be placed and linked within 7 days from the time the offer is credited to your account.

3.4. Your deposit amount will determine the value of their reward up to £150.

3.5. 100% of the matched deposit amount up to £150 paid in cash when the deposit amount has been wagered 10x on casino games.

3.6. 150 Free Spins worth 10p each will be rewarded when the deposit amount has been wagered 10x on eligible casino games.

3.11. Once the eligible deposit is made, you have 7 days to complete the wagering requirement, before the offer will expire.

3.12. Only cash stakes will qualify.

3.13. You can make and wager more than one deposit in order to contribute towards the wagering requirement but only the first deposit will contribute to the reward received.

3.14. Once the wagering requirement is complete, the cash reward and Free Spins will be available to claim via the promotions page.

3.15. You have 7 days to claim the free spins and then 3 days to use them once credited

3.16. Maximum cash reward of £150. Any deposits over £150 will receive a maximum £150 reward.

3.17. You can make withdrawals of your real money balance without forfeiting your 100% Deposit Offer.
