Full Terms:

1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Vegas Victory Vault Campaign (‘Vegas Victory Vault’). You accept these T&Cs by opting in and participating via your valid BetMGM account. You can only participate in the Vegas Victory Vault once during the promotional period (refer to clause 1.2).

1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and these T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

1.3. The Vegas Victory Vault is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘BetMGM’). Please see the site footer for further information.

1.4. The Vegas Victory Vault is valid from 08:00am (GMT) on the 3rd November 2024 until 14:00 (GMT) on the 3rd November 2024 (‘Promotional Period’). Entries submitted outside the “Promotional Period” do not qualify.

1.5. The Vegas Victory Vault will run until 3rd November 2024 unless terminated earlier at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Vegas Victory Vault where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

Who Can Enter

2.1. The Vegas Victory Vault is open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Vegas Victory Vault is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, or its corporate group or affiliate companies.

2.2. For entry to the Vegas Victory Vault to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your entry/prize will automatically be voided.

2.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date on your Account.

How to Enter

3.1. Entry to the Vegas Victory Vault is through your valid BetMGM account. You must present your valid account to the BetMGM representative to receive a spin on the prize wheel.

3.2. The Vegas Victory Vault is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account.

3.3. You must participate during the “Promotional Period” to be eligible for a spin of the prize wheel.

3.4. You can only enter once and multiple entries are not permitted.

Prize and Notification

4.1. The prizes available are:

4.2. If you win a prize, BetMGM will reach out to you within 14 days of the prize draw to confirm the prize and arrange prize fulfilment.

4.3. If you win a prize which requires travel, you will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements. Your travel costs will not be covered by BetMGM.

4.4. Where prizes include a pair of tickets, both you and your guest must be 18 or over.

4.5. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks on you (and your Guest) including your age and identities. Identification and verification requirements will be as detailed in the GTCs. Any contact regarding this prize is subject to our verification checks being satisfied.Such verification requirements are at BetMGM’s sole discretion

4.6. Physical prizes will be issued via post to the address registered on your BetMGM account.

4.7. Ticket and experience prizes will be sent via email to the email address registered on your BetMGM.

4.8. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other alternatives and BetMGM are not liable for any event cancellations

4.9. Players who have been excluded from previous promotions or have self-excluded from gambling will not be eligible to participate.

4.10. Only one prize per person is permitted.
