Golden Arrows Terms & Conditions
1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to BetMGM’s Golden Arrows (“Golden Arrows”). You accept these T&Cs by opting in and placing an Eligible Bet. You can claim the Golden Arrows offer every Wednesday - Thursday during the promotional term (refer to clause 1.2).
1.2. The Golden Arrows offer runs weekly every Friday at 09:00 until the following Thursday at 23:59 with the last qualifying promotional day on Thursday 23rd May 2024 (“Promotional Period”) with the x1 100% Profit Boost to be used on any BetMGM Premier League of Darts market during that period. Bets placed outside the Promotional Period do not qualify for the promotion. The 100% Profit Boost may only be used once.
1.3. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.
1.4. The Golden Arrows offer is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (“BetMGM”). Please see the footer for further information.
1.5. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Golden Arrows offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
2. Who Can Enter?
2.1. The Golden Arrows offer is open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (“your Account”). The Golden Arrows offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Golden Arrows offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Golden Arrows offer will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter?
3.1. In order to enter, you must opt in to the Golden Arrows offer by selecting “Claim” on the Offer Card in the “My Offers” page on your Account. You must be logged in to your Account in order to do this.
3.2. To receive the 100% Profit Boost you must opt in, claim the offer and place a Qualifying Bet by 23:59 every Thursday.
3.3. Only your first bet (“Qualifying Bet”) will be eligible for this offer, which must be placed after opting in. Should you place your first bet and then “Claim” you will not be eligible for the offer.
3.4. You must select the “Profit Boost” option on the betslip in order to place a Qualifying Bet.
3.5. The maximum Qualifying Bet is £5.00. Should you opt in and place the first bet after this which is in excess of £5.00, this will result in the offer being voided.
3.6. The Qualifying Bet must be placed on the selected market the specific Profit Boost relates to, and is only applicable to the win part of an Each-Way bet. The Qualifying Bet can be used on in-play markets.
3.7 The minimum odds of the selection(s) must be 1/2 (1.5).
3.8. Winning bets are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip. For example, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0), and the Profit Boost is 100%, you will receive 2x the odds at 4/1 (5.0).
3.9. The cash out (“Cash Out”) value of the bet will be calculated at the original price of the bet, not the boosted price.
3.10. Profit Boosts are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
3.11. Winnings from the Profit Boost (“Extra Winnings”) are capped at £1,000.
3.12. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.
3.13. The Golden Arrows promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
