GAMSTOP
GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from all online gambling operators licensed in Great Britain. Once registered, you won’t be able to access gambling accounts or create new ones with any other operator for the duration of your chosen block.
GamProtect
GamProtect is an industry-wide initiative that helps protect individuals who are at serious risk of gambling related harm. If you tell an operator that you have a gambling problem, are in treatment, or are at risk of self-harm, your account – alongside any other accounts you may hold with any other operator – may be closed.
If we, as the closing operator, have closed your account due to GamProtect, we will send you an email letting you know. You won’t be able to access or gamble on our sites (including any of our sister sites) or with any of the participating operators.
You will remain GamProtect for an initial 5 years and you won’t be able to remove yourself from GamProtect. If you disagree with the decision, please contact us via Live Chat. If a different operator has closed your account, you will need to contact them, it is only the closing operator that can remove an individual from the scheme.
After the initial 5-year period, you can contact the closing operator and ask to be removed from the scheme. If you don’t contact the closing operator after the 5 year period, you will remain on GamProtect for a further 35-year period.
