German Bundesliga 2025/26 Outright Betting Tips
Bayern Munich reclaimed the Bundesliga title last season after the shock victory for Bayer Leverkusen the previous year. The Bavarians ran away with it in the end, finishing 13 points ahead of the 2023-24 champions.
Although Bayern will be disappointed with their Champions League quarter-final exit to Inter Milan, their domestic dominance returned and it should be another straightforward run to the title for Vincent Kompany’s side this season.
The odds certainly suggest that, with Bayern 7/25 to make it 13 Bundesliga crowns in 14 years, so we must look elsewhere for outright value.
We have tips in both the without Bayern Munich and to finish in the top four markets, with an improving side providing a big price in the former.
Tip 1 – Winner without Bayern Munich - RB Leipzig @ 9/2
RB Leipzig are well placed to finish second in the 2025/26 Bundesliga, with a combination of a new head coach, Jurgen Klopp’s influence as head of Global Soccer, smart recruitment and a lighter schedule giving them an advantage over rivals Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt.
After six straight years of top-four finishes, last season’s seventh place was a disappointment. However, seventh place was not enough for any European commitments this season and leaves new man Ole Werner with only the domestic league and cup to concentrate on.
While Frankfurt, Leverkusen and Dortmund juggle demanding European campaigns, Werner has the luxury of time on the training ground and a fresher squad across the campaign.
Werner’s time in charge of Werder Bremen saw the side regularly outperforming expectations, and at Leipzig he inherits a strong squad capable of surprising last season’s top six.
Leverkusen face a period of transition after losing Xabi Alonso, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong, with Erik ten Hag’s rebuild still in its early stages. Dortmund remain inconsistent under Niko Kovac and have once again focused on signing potential over proven quality. Both rivals look vulnerable.
With Bayern still likely to dominate, the real race is for “best of the rest”. Leipzig’s blend of talent, tactical clarity under Werner, and reduced fixture load make them strong candidates to return to the upper tier of the Bundesliga and finish second this season.
Tip 2 – Eintracht Frankfurt to finish in the top four @ 11/4
Eintracht Frankfurt look strong contenders for a top four finish in the 2025/26 Bundesliga, building on last season’s impressive third place. Despite losing attacker Omar Marmoush to Manchester City in January, Frankfurt were able to continue their run in the Bundesliga and Europe.
This summer has seen the departure of striker Hugo Ekitike to Liverpool, but Frankfurt have already reinvested wisely, securing Mainz forward Jonathan Burkardt, who outscored all but three players in the league last term. He is a ready-made replacement in attack, and if he can replicate his Mainz form will fit in nicely.
Manager Dino Toppmoller has created a balanced unit that defends solidly while transitioning quickly into attack, a style that proved difficult for opponents to disrupt.
Compared to rivals, Frankfurt look like a club with stability and not in need of any major changes this season. Bayer Leverkusen face a major rebuild under Erik ten Hag after losing Xabi Alonso and star players, while Borussia Dortmund remain unpredictable under Niko Kovac.
With momentum from last season, shrewd transfer business and a top-level coach, Frankfurt are well equipped to secure another top four Bundesliga finish.
