Premier League Gameweek 35 Tips – 238/1 Accumulator
All 20 Premier League teams are in action across the weekend, with the title picture and relegation battle starting to become a bit clearer.
There are more crucial games at both ends of the table on Matchday 35 and we have another suggested accumulator to consider.
This week’s five-time acca, if successful, could return at 238/1 with selections on the games at Old Trafford, Craven Cottage, Molineux, the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the City Ground.
Manchester United v Burnley
Burnley Double Chance @ 13/8
Manchester United have conceded 15 goals in their last five matches in all competitions and they are certainly a team who are vulnerable.
Burnley will make the short journey to Old Trafford looking to build on a run that has seen them lose just one of their last seven games.
The Clarets have picked up 10 points during that run to aid their chances of staying up, with Vincent Kompany’s men now just three points from safety.
It’s also worth noting that Burnley have found their feet in front of goal, bagging 12 times in their last seven matches – including four in their win at Sheffield United last week.
Fulham v Crystal Palace
Jean-Philippe Mateta – To Score @ 9/5
It’s three league wins on the spin for Crystal Palace, and they can go level on points with Fulham if they can beat the Cottagers on Saturday.
Oliver Glasner is clearly now putting his stamp on the Eagles squad and all three victories came against teams in the top eight.
Jean-Phillipe Mateta looks like a striker with a new lease of life, bagging five goals in Palace’s last four matches.
The Frenchman is looking to add to his 11 Premier League goals and Craven Cottage has been a happy hunting ground for the Eagles. Palace have drawn one and won two of their last three visits to Fulham.
Wolves v Luton
Over 3.5 Goals @ 29/20
Luton still have hope of avoiding the drop and a win at Wolves could see them out of the bottom three, especially with Nottingham Forest facing Manchester City on Sunday.
There is always a good chance of goals when the Hatters are in town, with Rob Edwards’ men conceding 75 goals this term – 10 of those in the last two matches.
At the other end, Luton have found the net 47 times in 34 games, only Fulham and Brighton have scored more in the bottom half of the table.
There have been two or more goals in Wolves’ last eight Premier League games and Luton have failed to score in just four of their 17 away league matches this season.
Tottenham v Arsenal
Yves Bissouma to be carded @ 39/20
A North London derby is always a heated affair but when there is so much on the line, it’s likely to be even more so on Sunday.
Arsenal start the weekend on top of the table and dreaming of a first Premier League title in 20 years, while Spurs still have Champions League football in their sights.
Tottenham and their fans would love nothing more than scuppering the Gunners’ hopes of finishing top of the pile and the battle in midfield could be crucial.
Yves Bissouma has played a crucial role in helping Spurs exceed expectations this season, picking up the most yellow cards in the squad along the way.
The former Brighton man has collected nine cautions, with one of those coming in the defeat at Newcastle two weeks ago and another in the reverse fixture at the Emirates.
Nottingham Forest v Manchester City
Half Time / Full Time – Draw / Manchester City @ 7/2
Sunday’s late game has a huge bearing at both ends of the table, as Nottingham Forest face Manchester City at the City Ground.
Forest are hovering above the relegation zone after failing to win any of their last three matches – against Tottenham, Wolves and Everton.
They now face the prospect of taking on the defending champions, who they haven’t beaten since Forest returned to the top flight.
Nuno Espirito Santo will be keen for his team to keep things tight in the early stages, in order to give themselves a change of taking something from the game. Forest have been level at half-time in two of their last three league games.
Following City’s recent hectic schedule, including a game against Brighton on Thursday, it may take them longer than usual to make the breakthrough.
