World Cup Qualifying Play-Off Final Tips

It is down to the final four European games in the battle for a spot at this summer's World Cup and all the matches take place on Tuesday at 19:45.

We have picked out a bet in each tie as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Czech Republic, Denmark, Kosovo, Turkey, Sweden and Poland compete for the four remaining spots.

Tip 1 - Bosnia & Herzegovina vs Italy - Both teams to score @ 11/10

Bosnia & Herzegovina welcome Italy to Zenica on Tuesday in a game that will mean so much to both teams.

Neither nation has featured at a World Cup since 2014, but both teams will be confident of progressing after some encouraging results in recent months.

The hosts won five of their eight qualifiers and only conceded seven goals, but they will do well to silence the Azzurri. Italy won six of their qualifiers, but they lost home and away to Norway, which sealed their fate as a play-off team.

Both teams have scored in Bosnia's last six matches, but they have only kept one clean sheet in their previous 10 games in front of their own fans. Italy have scored two or more goals in eight successive fixtures, but they have conceded in seven of their last 10 on the road.

Tip 2 - Denmark to beat the Czech Republic @ 26/25

The Czech Republic showed plenty of heart to come back against the Republic of Ireland last week, but they needed extra-time and penalties to come out on top.

They have now failed to win three of their last five matches on home soil and that should give Denmark the belief they need to get the job done.

The visitors beat North Macedonia 4-0 to secure their spot in this summer's tournament and they have only lost one of their last nine in all competitions.

Brian Riemer's team have scored two or more goals in eight of those games, so they should have too much firepower for their hosts in Prague.

Tip 3 - Turkey to beat Kosovo @ 10/11

Kosovo are hoping to secure their first-ever spot at a World Cup finals, but after drawing Turkey in their play-off, the chances of progression appear slim.

The home side managed to beat Sweden home and away to secure a top-two spot and they come into Tuesday's clash on the back of a six-match unbeaten run.

Turkey have not tasted defeat in any of their last five matches and they will fancy their chances of beating Franco Foda's team, who conceded three goals to Slovakia last week.

The Crescent-Stars have found the net on 15 occasions in their last five matches and they even secured a 2-2 draw against World Cup favourite Spain, suggesting they will have a bit too much class for Kosovo.

Tip 4 - Poland to beat Sweden @ 27/10

Poland look overpriced for their trip to Solna on Tuesday when they take on Sweden at the Strawberry Arena.

Sweden will feel very fortunate if they qualify, having failed to win any of their qualifiers. They were only able to advance due to their impressive Nations League results, but to their credit, they outclassed Ukraine in a 3-1 away win.

Poland have quietly gone about their business, though, and they are unbeaten in seven games in all competitions. They held the Netherlands to two draws in qualifying and they managed to win their other five ties in recent months.

With Sweden only winning one of their last seven, they are hard to trust and the value and form suggests Poland have every chance of booking their spot at the World Cup in just over two months’ time.
