SATURDAY RACING TIPS
Kempton 1.45 – Adonis Juvenile Hurdle
I think the odds for this race are about right.
One Horse Town (5/2) has been an amazing servant for connections this season and obviously beat Precious Man (8/11 fav) at Cheltenham earlier in the season, but I think at this track he’ll probably come out second best.
Kempton is all about speed and that’s what Precious Man has in abundance and I think the forecast looks very solid.

Newcastle 2.43 – Eider Chase
I’ll be backing Mr Vango (6/1) in the Eider Chase.
He clearly wasn’t at his best at Sandown but prior to that he had some really solid form. We know he goes well in this sort of race and I expect him to bounce back.
The favourite is an 11-year-old now and he’s got to be taken on with younger legs, particularly as there might be more improvement to come.

Fairyhouse 3.15 – Bobbyjo Chase
All 10 of the runners in here have got a Grand National entry and for good reason as it’s produced the last two winners of the race at Aintree.
I thought Spanish Harlem (7/2) would go well here. He was very unlucky in the Thyestes where he unseated the rider at the last and I feel this could finally be his day in the sun.

Kempton 3.35 – Ladbrokes Trophy
A typically competitive renewal and the one I like is Emmet Mullins’ Chance Another One (9/1).
Whenever Mullins sends his horses over they have to be respected and Chance Another One won really nicely at Kempton earlier in the season where he beat Viroflay. That form has been boosted and I think back to a more suitable trip, having run over an inadequate one the last twice, he can go really close.
I thought his price was more than fair and I’m quite hopeful he’ll be involved here.
