1.5. You can play the Golden Wheel once a day during the promotion period. This is done via the Bonus Card in the promotions page in your account.
1.6. New customers can access the Golden Wheel the day after registering.
1.7. You must comply with BetMGMs General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) at all times and any breach will void your eligibility to take part or claim a prize. Where there is a conflict between the T&Cs of this promotion and the GTCs, the GTCs will take precedence.

2.2. The Golden Wheel has multiple prize tiers based on your past play only. You don’t need to spend more to keep or change your tier. Your individual wheel and prizes will be displayed within the bonus card available whilst logged in to your account.
3. Prize Specific Terms
2.3. For your eligibility to the Golden Wheel to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Golden Wheel offer will automatically be voided.
2.4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date on your Account.
3. Golden Wheel
Cash Prize
3.1. You will be notified by the email address or phone number included in the contact details on your account within 3 days. If you fail to respond to accept the cash prize within 7 days, then it will be forfeited and will no longer be available. In this event, there is no alternative prize, and the decision by BetMGM is final.
3.2. The cash prize will be credited to the payment method registered on your account. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks as outlined in the GTCs prior to final confirmation of your reward.
3.3. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is complete.
Free Spins
3.4. Free Spins will be instantly available on the relevant slot game associated with the prize. The Free Spins cannot be transferred to any other slot game.
3.5. Free Spins are awarded at a value of 10p or £1. The Free Spin value will be revealed upon winning a Free Spins prize.
3.6. The Free Spins will be valid for 72 hours from the point they are won, after which they will expire.
3.7. There are no wagering requirements attached to the Free Spins.
3.8. There is no cap on the winnings you may receive from the Free Spins.
3.9. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.
Live Casino Chips
3.9. Live Casino Chips will be instantly available on the relevant table game/s associated with the prize. The Chips cannot be transferred to any other table game/s.
3.10. The Live Casino Chips will be valid for 72 hours from the point they are won, after which they will expire.
3.11. Live Casino chips have no wagering requirements. If your Live Casino Chips value falls under the minimum bet value for the table, the remaining Live Casino Chips balance will be forfeited.
3.12. Winnings from the Live Casino Chips are capped at 10x the Chip’s value. For example, for a £1 chip on Crazy Time Live, your winnings will be capped at £10.00.
3.13. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.

We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of the Golden Wheel promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our GTCs), except if you have already opted in or deposited or wager related to this offer.

However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.
