Golden Wheel Terms and Conditions
1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to BetMGM’s Golden Wheel (“Golden Wheel”). You accept these T&Cs by spinning the Golden Wheel and/or claiming a prize.
1.2. This Golden Wheel is valid from 7pm on 2nd October 2023 and you can spin the Golden Wheel once per day between 7pm and 6.59pm the following day (the “Promotional Period”).
1.3. There is no opt in requirement.
1.4. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, in relation to the Golden Wheel, the T&Cs shall prevail.
1.5. The Golden Wheel offer is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (“BetMGM”). Please see the footer for further information.
1.6. The Golden Wheel will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Golden Wheel where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
2. Who Can Enter?
2.1. The Golden Wheel offer is open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (“your Account”). The Golden Wheel is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Golden Wheel to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Golden Wheel offer will automatically be voided.
2.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date on your Account.
3. Golden Wheel
3.1. The Golden Wheel is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account.
3.2. You must log in to your Account before 7pm to activate the Golden Wheel. To spin the Golden Wheel, select “Play” on the Golden Wheel Bonus Card in the “My Offers” page on your Account. The Golden Wheel will expire at 7pm and no longer be available until the next time you log in to your Account.
3.3. The Golden Wheel can be activated daily during the Promotion Period, following the steps in clause 3.2.
3.4. Each spin on the Golden Wheel guarantees a chance to win one of the prizes listed below (“the Golden Wheel Prizes”) each of the Golden Wheel Prize(s) are subject to T&Cs:

3.5. The T&Cs of each Golden Wheel Prize are detailed in clause 4. They will also be displayed in the relevant Bonus Card in the “My Offers” page on your Account, for all prizes except the Trip to Las Vegas which you will be contacted about in line with clause 4.6 if you should win this.
3.6. There are no wagering requirements on any of the Golden Wheel Prizes won through the Golden Wheel.
4. Prizes
Trip to Las Vegas
4.1. The prize is a 3-night trip to Las Vegas. The trip (excluding accommodation) is worth £5,000.00, accommodation will be provided by MGM Resorts International (“MGM Resorts”) at no extra cost, to be chosen at MGM Resorts’ discretion.
4.2. The trip to Las Vegas includes standard economy travel (return flights from the UK and transfers), 3-night accommodation at an MGM Resorts hotel, including a food and drinks budget for you and a guest (“your Guest”) as detailed at clause 4.4 . Any deficit in cost after booking will not be returned as cash.
4.3. You may upgrade any element of this trip at your own cost and subject to availability. This must be arranged by you should you wish to make such upgrades.
4.4. You will receive a prepaid card to the value of $200 per day per person ($1,200.00 in total) to spend on food and drinks in any MGM Resort on the Las Vegas Strip during your trip. Any amount not spent during the trip will not be returned as cash and will be forfeited.
4.5. You and your Guest must be aged 25 years or above. See clause 4.18 for details of the alternative prize should you win and not meet this criteria.
4.6. In the event that you win a trip to Las Vegas, you will be notified by the email address or phone number included in the contact details on your Account within 3 days. If you fail to respond to accept the trip to Las Vegas within 7 days, the Trip to Las Vegas prize will be forfeited and will no longer be available.
4.7. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks on you and your Guest, including your age and identities. Identification and verification requirements will be as detailed in the GTCs.
4.8. Any contact regarding this prize is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and is not a final confirmation of the trip going ahead. Such verification requirements are at BetMGM’s sole discretion.
4.9. Once you have accepted the Las Vegas Trip prize and completed our verification checks to our satisfaction, we will contact you to make the necessary travel arrangements.
4.10. Whilst the dates of travel may be your choice, this will be subject to availability of travel operators and MGM Resorts and excludes the following dates: 14-20 November 2023; 31 December 2023 - 01 January 2024; 08-11 January 2024; and 08-11 February 2024. BetMGM reserves the right to apply additional dates at its own discretion which will be confirmed at the point of booking the trip.
4.11. The trip to Las Vegas must be booked within 3 months of accepting the Las Vegas Trip prize and the trip must be taken within 12 months of accepting the prize.
4.12. Once the booking is confirmed, changes are only possible in exceptional circumstances, to be agreed at the discretion of BetMGM.
4.13. We accept no liability for events outside of BetMGM’s control including but not limited to: pandemics, security issues impacting MGM Resorts services and / or resorts, cancelled or postponed flights, travel disruption and/ or missed travel, injury or illness before, during or after the trip, loss or theft of personal items and / or any consequence caused by your behaviour or actions during the trip or the behaviour or actions of third parties over which BetMGM has no control. You and your Guest will be required to agree to relevant waivers, releases and consents when accepting the prize. Failure to sign such documentation will result in you forfeiting the prize.
4.14. Please note that travel will be subject to third party terms and conditions, including airlines and any relevant terms and conditions of MGM Resorts from time to time.
4.15. All travel-related administration is the responsibility of the winner and your Guest: the winner and Guest are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (with an adequate period until expiration) , and any requisite visas, vaccinations and other travel documentation. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s and Guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promoter, Supplier and Administrator cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
4.16. You will be responsible for making your own arrangements in relation to Travel Insurance, spending money and any other costs (“Additional Costs”) not outlined in these T&Cs. For the avoidance of doubt Additional Costs will not be included within the prize and/or arranged by BetMGM. You may be required to provide a credit or debit card upon check in to the MGM Resorts hotel to cover Additional Costs charged to your room during your stay.
4.17. Where we have reason to believe you may have engaged in an illegal or any Prohibited Practice the Prize will be forfeited and any bookings already made will be cancelled. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no cash alternative in this instance and BetMGMs decision is final. The Prohibited Practices are defined below, and also in GTC Clause 10:
4.17.1. If you are accessing (or attempting to access) the Services whilst located in any territory other than the United Kingdom (including if you use a VPN or any similar technology to disguise your location);
4.17.2. If you use a credit card or other credit based payment method as a source of funds in connection with your Account;
4.17.3. If you use a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised payment method as a source of funds in connection with your Account, or if you deposit money originating from criminal and/or other illegal activities;
4.17.4. If you manipulate any bonus functionality;
4.17.5. If you use the Website and/or Services other than for your personal use;
4.17.6 If you allow or permit (whether intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use your Account;
4.17.7. If the name registered on your Account does not match the name on the payment method used to make deposits on that Account;
4.17.8. If you become bankrupt;
4.17.9. If we have reason to believe you are involved in collusion or cheating of any kind;
4.17.10. If you exploit an Error, Malfunction or Interruption (including if you continue to use a Service once it is apparent or obvious to you or you suspect that an Error, Malfunction or Interruption may be occurring);
4.17.11. If you engage in any aggressive, obscene or otherwise offensive behaviour towards any of our staff;
4.17.12. If your Account is being used in any manner which we consider (acting reasonably) to be fraudulent, dishonest or criminal;
4.17.13. If you provide any false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading Registration Details to open your Account, or make any subsequent changes to such information which are false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading (including, without limitation, to avoid GAMSTOP identification and circumvent self-exclusion) (except where you provide any incorrect or misleading information in order to pass relevant age-verification Checks;
4.17.14. If you provide any false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading documentation, including to complete our verification checks;
4.17.15. If you employ or make use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as ‘bots’) to gamble with us or to circumvent or exploit our bookmaking or gaming systems;
4.17.16. If we have received a “chargeback” and/or a "return" in connection with your Account;
4.17.17. If we discover that you have a criminal background or you are convicted of a criminal offence; and/or
4.17.18. If you seriously breach the GTCs in any other way.
4.18. In some scenarios a cash alternative of £5,000.00 will be awarded instead of the trip to Las Vegas, decided at BetMGM’s discretion, including:
4.18.1. If you are aged 24 and under;
4.18.2. If you or your Guest show any sign or risk of gambling related harm at any time between winning and the date of the trip. In the event the trip is booked at the point any risk is identified, this will be cancelled for all parties and the cash alternative provided to you;
4.18.3. Any other circumstances which BetMGM deem appropriate, including extenuating circumstances which result in you being unable to travel. This will be at BetMGM’s discretion.
Profit Boosts (all values)
4.19. The Profit Boost will be instantly available to use on any Sportsbook market, including pre-match and live events.
4.20. The Profit Boost will be valid for 72 hours from the point it is won. Should the Profit Boost not be used within 72 hours it will expire and no longer be available to use.
4.21. To claim the Profit Boost you must place a maximum bet (“Qualifying Bet”) of £20.00. Should you place a bet in excess of £20.00, this will result in the offer being voided.
4.22. You must select the “Profit Boost” option on the betslip in order to place a Qualifying Bet.
4.23. System bets and Each Way bets do not qualify.
4.24. Qualifying Bets must have minimum odds of 1.4 per selection.
4.25. Winning bets are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0), the player will receive 2x the odds at 4/1 (5.0) (this example is based on a Profit Boost of 100%).
4.26. The Profit Boost can only be used once.
4.27. Winnings from the Profit Boost (“Extra Winnings”) are capped at £1,000.
4.28. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.
4.29. Cashed out and partially cashed out bets do not qualify for this Profit Boost.
4.30. If the Qualifying Bet is voided, the Profit Boost will not be reinstated.
4.31. The Profit Boost prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Live Casino Chips (all values)
4.32. The Live Casino Chips will be instantly available on the relevant Table game associated with the prize. The Chips cannot be transferred to any other Table game.
4.33. The Live Casino Chips will be valid for 72 hours from the point they are won. Should the Chips not be used within 72 hours they will expire and no longer be available to use.
4.34. There are no wagering requirements attached to the Live Casino Chips prize.
4.35. Winnings received from the Live Casino Chips are capped at 10x the Chip value. For example if you win a £1.00 Live Casino Chip on Crazy Time Live, your winnings will be capped at £10.00 (10 x £1.00).
4.36. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.
Free Spins (all values)
4.37. The Free Spins will be instantly available on the relevant Slot game associated with the prize. The Free Spins cannot be transferred to any other Slot game.
4.38. All Free Spins have a value of 10p per spin.
4.39. The Free Spins will be valid for 72 hours from the point they are won. Should the Free Spins not be used within 72 hours they will expire and no longer be available to use.
4.40. There are no wagering requirements attached to the Free Spins prize.
4.41. There is no cap on the winnings you may receive from the Free Spins.
