1. Main Terms
1.1. This promotion (‘Golden Wheel’) is open to new and existing BetMGM customers aged 18+. A valid BetMGM account is required and you must have made a deposit within the last 10 days to remain eligible.
1.2. You accept these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) by spinning the Golden Wheel and/or claiming a prize.

1.4. The Golden Wheel is available daily from 7pm on 24th July 2025 and you can spin the Golden Wheel once before 7pm (the ‘Promotional Period’) if you meet the eligibility criteria. This is done via the Bonus Card in the promotions page in your account.
1.5. You must comply with BetMGMs General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) at all times and any breach will void your eligibility to take part or claim a prize. Where there is a conflict between the T&Cs of this promotion and the GTCs, the GTCs will take precedence.

We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of the Golden Wheel promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our GTCs), except if you have already opted in or deposited or wager related to this offer.
1.7. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.

1.9. The Golden Wheel is a promotional giveaway with 7 prize tiers. You are allocated to a tier based solely on your past play history and your tier determines which prizes you are eligible for, with each tier offering access to different rewards.
1.10. This promotion does not require you to spend more to maintain or change your tier. Tiers are assigned automatically based on historical activity and are not influenced by future spend.

3. Prize Specific Terms
Cash Prizes
3.1. You will be notified by the email address or phone number included in the contact details on your account within 3 days. If you fail to respond to accept the cash prize within 7 days, then it will be forfeited and will no longer be available. In this event, there is no alternative prize, and the decision by BetMGM is final.
3.2. The Cash will be credited to the payment method registered on your account. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks as outlined in the GTCs prior to final confirmation of your reward.
3.3. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is complete.
Profit Boosts
3.4. The Profit Boost will be instantly available to use on any Sportsbook market.
3.5. The Profit Boost will be valid for 72 hours from the point it is won, after which it will expire.
3.6. To claim the Profit Boost, select the Profit Boost option on the bet.
3.7. Max stake varies from £20 to £50.
3.8. System bets and Each Way bets do not qualify.
3.9. Your bet must have minimum odds of 1.4 per selection.
3.10. Winning bets are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0), you will receive 2x the odds at 4/1 (5.0) (this example is based on a Profit Boost of 100%).
3.11. The Profit Boost can only be used once.
3.12. Winnings from the Profit Boost are capped at £1,000.
3.13. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your account and may be withdrawn.
3.14. Cashed out and partially cashed out bets do not qualify.
3.15. If your is voided, the Profit Boost will not be reinstated.
3.16. The Profit Boost prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Free Spins
3.17. Free Spins will be instantly available on the relevant Slot game associated with the prize. The Free Spins cannot be transferred to any other Slot game.
3.18. All Free Spins have a value of 10p per spin.
3.19. The Free Spins will be valid for 72 hours from the point they are won, after which they will expire.
3.20. There are no wagering requirements attached to the Free Spins.
3.21. There is no cap on the winnings you may receive from the Free Spins.

Live Casino Chips
3.23. Live Casino Chips will be instantly available on the relevant Table game associated with the prize. The Chips cannot be transferred to any other Table game.
3.24. The Live Casino Chips will be valid for 72 hours from the point they are won, after which they will expire
3.25. Live Casino chips have no wagering requirements. If your Live Casino Chips value falls under the minimum bet value for the table, the remaining Live Casino Chips balance will be forfeited.
3.26. Winnings from the Live Casino Chips are capped at 10 times the Chip’s value. For example, for a £1 chip on Crazy Time Live, your winnings will be capped at £10.00.
3.27. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.
