Terms and Conditions
1.1. This promotion is open to new BetMGM customers aged 25+ who have registered a new BetMGM account on or after 1st January 2026. You must have and maintain a valid BetMGM account. Employees, partners and affiliates of BetMGM are not eligible.
1.2. To enter the prize draw, you must:

A. Opt in to any Casino or Sports marketing communications through email or SMS in the contact preference selection in your account profile and remain opted in until after the draw takes place (this won’t affect your ability to opt out earlier/later if you choose to), and,

B. Deposit £10 or more within 30 calendar days of registering. For example, if you register on 22 January, you’ll need to deposit £10 by 21 February.
1.3. When you qualify, you’ll receive one entry into our draw for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas. See ‘The Prize’ section below for further details. Your entry is only valid for the draw held in the month entered.
1.4. Some payment methods don’t qualify: PayPal and prepaid cards are excluded. If you deposit using either of these payments you will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
1.5. Each month a winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
1.6. If you win the trip to Las Vegas, we’ll contact you using the email address or phone number on your account within 3 days. You’ll have 7 days to reply and accept the prize. If we don’t receive a response during that time, the prize will be withdrawn.
1.7. There is no cash alternative. If you choose to forfeit the prize, or we find it necessary to forfeit the prize due to a breach of our GTCs, a new winner will be drawn.
1.8. The prize draw will take place on the first Monday of each month. In the event where the first Monday of the month falls on a public holiday, the draw will take place on the next working day. All eligible entries from the previous calendar month will be included in the draw.
1.9. If you opt out of marketing communications before the draw, you will forfeit your eligibility.
1.10. You must comply with BetMGM General Terms and conditions (GTCs) at all times and any breach will void your eligibility. Where there is a conflict between the T&Cs of this promotion and the GTCs, the GTCs will take precedence.
1.11. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of the Prize Draw Promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our GTCs), except if you have already opted in or deposited or wager related to this offer.
1.12. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.
Trip to Las Vegas Prize
2.1. The prize is a 3-night trip to Las Vegas. The trip (excluding accommodation) is worth £5,000.00. Accommodation will be chosen and provided by MGM Resorts International (MGM Resorts) at no extra cost.
2.2. The trip to Las Vegas includes standard economy travel (return flights from the UK and transfers), 3-night accommodation at an MGM Resorts hotel, including a food and drinks budget for you and your Guest as detailed at clause 4. If you don’t use the full amount on your booking, the remaining value can’t be exchanged for cash.
2.3. You may upgrade any part of your trip at your own cost, subject to availability. If you'd like to make any upgrades, you must arrange these yourself.
2.4. You will receive a prepaid card to the value of $200 per day per person ($1,200.00 in total) to spend on food and drinks in any MGM Resort on the Las Vegas Strip during your trip. Any amount not spent during the trip will not be returned as cash and will be forfeited.
2.5. You and your Guest must be aged 25 years or above.
2.6. We may need to carry out some routine checks to confirm the ages and identities of you and your Guest. The ID and verification requirements are set out in the GTCs.
2.7. Any contact about this prize is subject to successful verification checks and does not guarantee the trip is confirmed. Verification requirements are determined at BetMGM’s discretion.
2.8. Once you have accepted the Las Vegas Trip prize and completed our verification checks to our satisfaction, we will contact you to make the necessary travel arrangements.
2.9. You can pick your travel dates, subject to availability. Any additional restrictions will be confirmed at booking.
2.10. The trip to Las Vegas must be booked within 3 months of accepting the Las Vegas Trip prize and the trip must be taken within 12 months of accepting the prize.
2.11. Once the booking is confirmed, changes are only possible in exceptional circumstances, to be agreed at the discretion of BetMGM.
2.12. While we’ll do everything we can to ensure your trip goes smoothly, we can’t take responsibility for events outside our control, such as pandemics, security issues at MGM Resorts, cancelled or delayed flights, travel disruptions, injury or illness, lost or stolen items, or the actions of you or others. To accept your prize, you and your guest will need to complete any required waivers, releases, and consents. If these aren’t signed, the prize cannot be awarded.
2.13. Please note that travel will be subject to third party terms and conditions, including airlines and any relevant terms and conditions of MGM Resorts from time to time.
2.14. All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. This includes making sure you have valid passports (with enough time until expiration), any required visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents.If you’re a UK passport holder travelling to the United States, you’ll need a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply at least 72 hours before travel, but we recommend applying as soon as your trip is confirmed. Please note that anyone without a valid ESTA may be denied entry to the US. It is the responsibility of the winner and guest to meet all US visa and entry requirements. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy, and neither the Promoter, Supplier, nor Administrator can be held responsible if your application is rejected.
2.15. You will be responsible for making your own arrangements in relation to Travel Insurance, spending money and any other additional costs not outlined in these T&Cs. For clarity, the prize does not cover additional costs, and BetMGM will not arrange them. When you check in at the MGM Resorts hotel, you may need to provide a credit or debit card to cover any extras charged to your room.
2.16. Where we have reason to believe you may have engaged in an illegal or any Prohibited Practice the Prize will be forfeited and any bookings already made will be cancelled. For clarity, there will be no cash alternative in this instance and BetMGMs decision is final. The Prohibited Practices are defined in Clause 10 of the GTCs.
2.17. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of this promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms), except if you have already opted in to this promotion or made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus pursuant to this promotion, any such suspension, withdrawal or amendment will not apply to you or your participation in this promotion.
