Terms & Conditions
The Mystery Bonus promotion will run from 27th October 2025 until 5th November 2025, 10 days in total (‘Promotion Period’).
The Mystery Bonus will be active every day for the duration of the Promotion Period during the following hours: 16:00 – 02:00 GMT time, 10 hours in total (‘Promotion Hours’).
The Mystery Bonus will be active on Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live (‘Promotion Game’) only.
Available to all customers, who place a total bet of at least £1 whilst the Promotion is live.
During the Promotion Hours, 10 bonus rounds will take place, and players will have a chance to win an equal share of 500 Golden Chips per round.
During the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period, the Mystery Bonus will be activated, and you will have a chance to win a share of 50,000 golden chips during the entire Promotion Period.
All prizes will be paid in golden chips having a value of 20p each.
Only the winnings from the Golden Chips can be withdrawn, subject to the BetMGM terms and conditions. Golden Chips cannot be withdrawn and/or converted to cash.
The prize is divided equally between the winning players of that round, as per the Prize distribution table below:

Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalised message after the bonus round.
All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each bonus round. Winners shall receive the prizes within 72 hours of winning and will need to claim via their promotions page.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.
You must notify BetMGM immediately of any change in your eligibility to participate in the promotion, breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

In the event that your account has been closed (at your own choice) prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact you via email or other method.

In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be underage, or invalid id or verification), the Provider reserves the right to withhold payment of the prize and if necessary award the prize to an alternate entrant.
