1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s social media giveaway (‘Competition’). You accept these T&Cs by following @betmgmuk on Facebook and/or on Instagram and make a Qualifying Entry. You may make one qualifying entry per social media account.
1.2. The Competition (when running) will be valid Monday at 00:01 to 23:59 on Sunday (‘Promotional Period’). Entries accepted outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
1.3. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.
1.4. The Competition is run by BetMGM, licensed operator of the BetMGM UK website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘BetMGM’). Please see the footer for further information.
1.5. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Competition where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. The Live from Las Vegas Competition is open to UK residents only and you must be over 18 years of age. It is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Live from Las Vegas Competition to remain valid, your social media account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Competition offer will automatically be voided.
2.3. Any announcement regarding competition winners on BetMGM’s social media accounts is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and not a final confirmation. Should you fail such verification checks, your prize will be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Entry to the Live from Las Vegas Competition is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account
3.2. You need to be a customer of BetMGM to enter.
3.3. In order to enter, you must follow, like and comment on the relevant Facebook and/or Instagram post to make a Qualifying Entry during the Promotional Period.
3.4. You may enter once per social media account on Facebook and/or Instagram. For the avoidance of doubt you may enter once on each social platform to receive two entries.
3.5. To make a Qualifying Entry you must follow us on the relevant platform (Facebook, and/or Instagram), ‘like’ and comment on the relevant post. Qualifying entries can be made on one or two social platforms in any order.
4. Winners & Prizes
4.1. £5 in Golden Chips is ‘the Prize’ for this Competition.
4.2. These chips can be used on any of our live from Las Vegas tables (MGM Grand American Roulette, MGM Grand Roulette, MGM Grand Baccarat, Bellagio Roulette and Bellagio Baccarat).
4.3. The Live from Las Vegas Competition winner/s will be selected at random from all valid entries made on Facebook and/or Instagram. Number of winners varies.
4.4. The winner/s will be announced on the competition post on Facebook and/or Instagram.
4.5. The winner/s will be contacted via a Direct Message by BetMGM within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner/s must respond to the Direct Message to claim the Prize and their verified BetMGM account will then be checked. The Prize will be void if no response is received within 48 hours and/or their BetMGM account is not verified, and a different winner/s will be drawn.
4.6. £5 in Golden Chips will be credited to the winner/s’ account once the account has been verified and player/s will have 7 days to claim them. These will expire 7 days after they are credited to the winner/s’ account.
4.7. The Prize can not be transferred to Chips for another provider and no cash alternative.
4.8. The Golden Chips are free to use and not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account.
4.9. Player/s can use up to 5 Golden Chips in one game round.
4.10. Golden Chips cannot be mixed with real funds in a game round.
4.11. When winning a bet with a Golden Chip, players will receive net winnings. These net winnings have no wagering requirements and are added to players' real balance right away. The balance can be withdrawn.
4.12. If you win the Prize, there will be a 1 month period where you can not enter the Competition.
