1. Main Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to this offer. You accept these T&Cs by opting in and placing an Eligible Bet.

1.2. The offer runs from 20:00 14th July until 22:00 14th July (“Promotional Period”) with the x1 50% In-Play Profit Boost to be used on the Euro 2024 final (Spain v England) during that period. Bets placed outside the Promotional Period do not qualify for the promotion. The 50% In-Play Profit Boost may only be used once.

1.3. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

1.5. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).

2. Who Can Enter?

2.1. The offer is open to selected players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (“your Account”). The offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.

2.2. For your eligibility to the offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the offer will automatically be voided.

3. How to Enter?

3.1. You must be logged in to your Account to receive this offer.

3.2. To receive the 50% In-Play Profit Boost, place a Qualifying Bet between 20:00 - 22:00 on the 14th July 2024.

3.3. You must select the “Profit Boost” option on the betslip in order to place a Qualifying Bet.

3.4. The maximum Qualifying Bet is £5. Should you opt-in and place the first bet after this which is in excess of £5, this will result in the offer being voided.

3.5. The Qualifying Bet must be placed on the selected market the specific Profit Boost relates to, and is only applicable to the win part of an Each-Way bet. The Qualifying Bet can be used on in-play markets.

3.6 The minimum odds of the selection(s) must be 2/5 (1.4).

3.7. Winning bets are calculated on the odds quoted in the betslip. For example, if the original odds are 2/1 (3.0), and the Profit Boost is 100%, you will receive 2x the odds at 4/1 (5.0).

3.8. The cash out (“Cash Out”) value of the bet will be calculated at the original price of the bet, not the boosted price.

3.9. Profit Boosts are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

3.10. Winnings from the Profit Boost (“Extra Winnings”) are capped at £1,000.

3.11. Winnings are paid into the cash balance on your Account and may be withdrawn.

3.12. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
