Terms & Conditions
1. Main Terms
1.1 These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Cash Back on Football Losses offer (‘Cash Back’). There is an opt-in requirement and you accept these T&Cs by placing bets or wagers on football only between 09:00 on 1st September 2025 to 23:59 on 30th September 2025 (‘the Promotional Period’).
1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs will prevail.
1.3. The Cash Back offer is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘BetMGM’). Please see the footer for further information.
1.4. The Cash Back Offer will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of the Cash Back offer where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Cash Back offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Cash Back offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Free Bet Match Offer will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The Cash Back offer is for selected customers only. If you are not contacted directly, you are not eligible for this offer.
3.2. Opt in once during the promotional period to claim this offer. To be eligible you must log in to your Account and make a bet at any time (‘Eligible Bet’) during the Promotional Period (see clause 1.1).
3.3. The weekly Promotion Periods is as follows: 09:00 1st September 2025 - 23:59 30th September 2025.
3.4. The Eligible Bet(s) must be placed on any football markets only.
4. Cash Back on Losses
4.1. 20% of your combined losses over the Promotional Period will be returned to you as cash (‘Cash Reward’) on settled football bets, which may be withdrawn.
Examples:

If your overall losses on football during the Promotional Period are £100 you will be eligible for a £20 Cash Reward.

If you do not have an overall loss during the Promotional Period you will not be eligible for a Cash Reward.
4.2. ’Losses’ is defined as the total amount of your bets and wagers (cash stakes only) minus the amount of your Winnings (cash and bonus). If you make a profit over the Promotional Period you are not eligible for a Cash Reward.
4.3. Losses accumulated via offers do not count towards your total, this includes Free Bets, Odds Boosts, Profit Boosts and more.
4.4. If you are eligible for a Cash Reward, it will be available to claim from the promotions page on your Account (‘Promotions Page’) from Wednesday 1st October 2025. You will then have 7 days to claim the Cash Reward, if you do not claim it during this time it will no longer be available.
4.5. There are no wagering requirements or restrictions on the Cash Reward.
