Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to new and existing BetMGM customers aged 25+. A valid BetMGM account is required. Employees, partners and affiliates of BetMGM are not eligible.

2. This promotion is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk.

3. To enter the prize draw, you must:

• 3.1. Opt in via your Promotions Page between 10/02/26 - 13/02/26 (until the start of the Gold Cup race)

• 3.2. Bet £5 or more on a single or each-way bet on one of the featured races per day (‘Qualifying bet’)

• 3.3. A prize will be available each day of the Festival (Tuesday 10th March - Friday 13th March), but you must bet on that day’s featured race to be eligible for the relevant prize draw.

• 3.4. Only one opt-in is required. For example, if you opt in to the promotion on Tuesday 10th March and place a qualifying bet on the Champion Hurdle, you will be entered into Tuesday’s prize draw. If you return on Wednesday and place a qualifying bet on the BetMGM Queen Mother Champion Chase, you will be entered into Wednesday’s prize draw.

5. Qualifying bets receive one entry into the prize draw for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas. You can have a maximum of 4 entries (1 entry per day).

6. The prize draw will take place on 16th March 2026.

7. There is no cash alternative. If you choose to forfeit the prize, or we find it necessary to forfeit the prize due to a breach of our GTCs, a new winner will be drawn.

8. Should a customer be randomly selected as the winner multiple times, only one prize will be awarded and the other prizes will be re-drawn.

9. You must comply with BetMGM General Terms (GTCs) at all times and any breach will void your eligibility. Where there is a conflict between the T&Cs of this promotion and the GTCs, the GTCs will take precedence.

11. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of this offer from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms), except if you have already opted in or deposited or wager related to this offer.

12. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.

Trip to Las Vegas Prize:

13. One eligible player from the qualifying group of customers on each day of the festival (Tuesday-Friday) will win a trip to Vegas. For avoidance of doubt, a total of 4 winners will be drawn.

• 13.1. Each Vegas trip winner will be contacted via email or phone no later than Wednesday 18th March 2026 17:00. You will be contacted using the contact information on your BetMGM account. It is your responsibility to make sure they are up to date.

• 13.2. You must accept the prize within 72 hours of attempted contact. If you fail to respond to accept the trip to Las Vegas within 72 hours, the Trip to Las Vegas prize will be forfeited and will no longer be available.

14. The prize is a 3-night trip to Las Vegas. The trip (excluding accommodation) is worth £5,000.00, accommodation will be provided by MGM Resorts International (‘MGM Resorts’) at no extra cost, to be chosen at MGM Resorts’ discretion.

15. The trip to Las Vegas includes premium economy travel (return flights from the UK and transfers), 3-night accommodation at an MGM Resorts hotel, including a food and drinks budget for you and a guest (‘your Guest’) as detailed in clause.

16. Any deficit in cost after booking will not be returned as cash.

17. You may upgrade any element of this trip at your own cost and subject to availability. This must be arranged by you should you wish to make such upgrades.

18. You will receive ‘Resort Credit’ to the value of $200 per day per person ($1,200.00 in total) to spend on food and drinks in any MGM Resort on the Las Vegas Strip during your trip. Any amount not spent during the trip will not be returned as cash and will be forfeited.

19. You and your Guest must be aged 25 years or above.

20. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks on you and your Guest, including your age and identities. Identification and verification requirements will be as detailed in the GTCs.

21. Any contact regarding this prize is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and is not a final confirmation of the trip going ahead. Such verification requirements are at BetMGM’s sole discretion.

22. Once you have accepted the Las Vegas Trip prize and completed our verification checks to our satisfaction, your details will be passed to PrizeShark, our third party supplier, who will contact you to make the necessary travel arrangements.

23. Whilst the dates of travel may be your choice, this will be subject to availability of travel operators and MGM Resorts.

24. The trip to Las Vegas must be booked within 3 months of accepting the Las Vegas Trip prize and the trip must be taken within 12 months of accepting the prize.

25. Once the booking is confirmed, changes are only possible in exceptional circumstances, to be agreed at the discretion of BetMGM.

26. We accept no liability for events outside of BetMGM’s control including but not limited to: pandemics, security issues impacting MGM Resorts services and / or resorts, cancelled or postponed flights, travel disruption and/ or missed travel, injury or illness before, during or after the trip, loss or theft of personal items and / or any consequence caused by your behaviour or actions during the trip or the behaviour or actions of third parties over which BetMGM has no control.

27. You and your Guest will be required to agree to relevant waivers, releases and consents when accepting the prize. Failure to sign such documentation will result in you forfeiting the prize.

28. All travel-related administration is the responsibility of the winner and your Guest: the winner and Guest are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (with an adequate period until expiration) , and any requisite visas, vaccinations and other travel documentation. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s and Guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promoter, Supplier and Administrator cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

29. You will be responsible for making your own arrangements in relation to Travel Insurance, spending money and any other costs (‘Additional Costs’) not outlined in these T&Cs. For the avoidance of doubt Additional Costs will not be included within the prize and/or arranged by BetMGM. You may be required to provide a credit or debit card upon check in to the MGM Resorts hotel to cover Additional Costs charged to your room during your stay.

30. Where we have reason to believe you may have engaged in an illegal or any Prohibited Practice the Prize will be forfeited and any bookings already made will be cancelled. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no cash alternative in this instance and BetMGMs decision is final. The Prohibited Practices are defined below, and also in GTC Clause 10:

• 30.1. if you are accessing (or attempting to access) the Services whilst located in any territory other than the United Kingdom (including if you use a VPN or any similar technology to disguise your location);

• 30.2. if you use a credit card or other credit based payment method as a source of funds in connection with your Account;

• 30.3. if you use a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised payment method as a source of funds in connection with your Account, or if you deposit money originating from criminal and/or other illegal activities;
  
  30.4. if you manipulate any bonus functionality;

• 30.5. if you use the Website and/or Services other than for your personal use;

• 30.6. if you allow or permit (whether intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use your Account;

• 30.7. if the name registered on your Account does not match the name on the payment method used to make deposits on that Account;

• 30.8. if you become bankrupt;

• 30.9. if we have reason to believe you are involved in collusion or cheating of any kind;

• 30.10. if you exploit an Error, Malfunction or Interruption (including if you continue to use a Service once it is apparent or obvious to you or you suspect that an Error, Malfunction or Interruption may be occurring);

• 30.11. if you engage in any aggressive, obscene or otherwise offensive behaviour towards any of our staff;

• 30.12. if your Account is being used in any manner which we consider (acting reasonably) to be fraudulent, dishonest or criminal;

• 30.13. if you provide any false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading Registration Details to open your Account, or make any subsequent changes to such information which are false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading (including, without limitation, to avoid GAMSTOP identification and circumvent self-exclusion) except where you provide any incorrect or misleading information in order to pass relevant age-verification Checks;

• 30.14. if you provide any false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading documentation, including to complete our verification checks;

• 30.15. if you employ or make use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as ‘bots’) to gamble with us or to circumvent or exploit our bookmaking or gaming systems;

• 30.16. if we have received a “chargeback” and/or a "return" in connection with your Account;

• 30.17. if we discover that you have a criminal background or you are convicted of a criminal offence; and/or

• 30.18. if you seriously breach the GTCs in any other way.
