Terms and Conditions
1. Main Terms
1.1. 3Up Darts Early Payout is available on BetMGM Premier League Darts match winner markets only, and available to customers one day before the start of the game week. E.g: the BetMGM Premier League Darts happens every Thursday between 5th February & 28th May 2026.
1.2. A valid BetMGM account is required and you must be aged 18+. Employees, partners and affiliates of BetMGM are not eligible.
1.3. You must comply with BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) at all times and any breach will void your eligibility. Where there is a conflict between the T&Cs of this promotion and the GTCs, the GTCs will take precedence.
1.4. General Promotional Terms also apply.
1.5. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of this offer from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms), except if you have already opted in or deposited or wager related to this offer.
1.6. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.
1.7. 3Up Early Payout is valid for all matches during the 2026 BetMGM Premier League Darts season.
1.8. To enter, you must log in to your Account and place a bet on the BetMGM Premier League Darts match winner market, where Early Payout iconography will be displayed. You will then automatically be opted in to the Early Payout.
1.9. You will be notified that you have received the promotion via “Early Payout” iconography in the betslip.
1.10. Only Pre-match single & multiple bets on outright match winners in the BetMGM Premier League Darts will qualify for the Early Payout.
1.11. If your player goes 3 legs ahead at any point, your bet is settled as a win and paid out in full if a single. If a same game multiple (Bet Builder), that part of your bet only will settle, with the other legs still live
1.12. Cashed out bets pre-match are permitted, however void, live cashed out or partially cashed out bets do not qualify.
1.13. Your winnings will be credited to your account.
1.14. The Early Payout can’t be used in correlation with other offers, including the Sports Welcome Offer, Free Bets, Profit Boosts, Odds Boosts or Money back as a Free Bet offers.
