1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions ('T&Cs') apply to this offer. You accept these T&Cs by placing an Eligible Bet.
1.2. The offer runs from 09:00 on 03/03/26 - 20:15 on 03/03/26 (‘Promotional Period’) with the Money Back offer being eligible for Premier League only. Bets placed outside the Promotional Period do not qualify for the promotion. The Money Back offer may only be used once.
1.3. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.

2. Who Can Enter
2.1. The offer is open to selected players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The offer is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the offer to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the offer will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To receive the Money Back offer you must place a Qualifying Bet Builder Bet on Premier League by 20:15 on Tuesday 3rd March.
3.2. Only your first bet (‘Qualifying Bet’) will be eligible for this offer.
3.3. You must select the ‘Second Chance’ option on the betslip in order to place a Qualifying Bet.
3.4. The maximum stakes vary for the Money Back offer.
3.5. The minimum legs for this promotion are 3.
3.6. The Money Back Free Bet can be placed on Football Bet Builder Markets only with a minimum of 3 legs and must be used within 1 day.
3.7. Money Back as a Free Bet will only occur if your bet builder on the Premier League game loses.
3.8. If your selection loses, your stake will be refunded in full as a sportsbook Free Bet.
3.9. Cash out is unavailable on this promotion.
3.10. The promotion cannot be used in combination with any other offer, such as Free Bets or Odds Boosts.
