1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Second Chance (‘Second Chance’) promotion. You accept these T&Cs by opting in to the promotion.
1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail.
1.3. Second Chance is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘BetMGM’). Please see the footer for further information.
1.4. Second Chance will run until terminated at BetMGM’s sole discretion. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. Second Chance is open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). This is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to Second Chance to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Second Chance will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. In order to enter, you must opt-in to Second Chance by selecting ‘Claim’ on the Offer Card from the ‘promotions page' on your Account. You must be logged into your Account to do this.
3.2. Once opted in a Second Chance token will be available in your Account to use on any sport.
3.3. Second Chance promotion token applies to your first bet that is placed on the event. Subsequent bets are not included and will be settled under normal terms and conditions.
3.4. Second Chance will only be refunded on losing singles and the ‘win’ part of each way bets.
3.5. Second Chance is available to claim for 3 days.
3.6. The Second Chance Free Bet will expire after 3 days once it has been claimed.
3.7. The minimum odds of the Qualifying Bet selection(s) must be Evens (2.0).
3.8. The Second Chance promotion will be credited back into your account as a Free Bet to be used on any sport, once the bet is settled.
3.9. The maximum stake for the Second Chance promotion is £5.
3.10. The minimum odds of the Free Bet selection(s) must be Evens (2.0).
3.11. Cashed out or voided bets do not qualify.
3.12. Second Chance cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3.13. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of this promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms), except if you have already opted in to this promotion or made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a [bonus] [free bet] pursuant to this promotion, any such suspension, withdrawal or amendment will not apply to you or your participation in this promotion.
3.14. We take care to ensure our competitions and promotions run as intended. However, in the event of an error, including but not limited to human error, miscommunication, or technical issue, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, withdraw or amend any prize notification or issuance, or make any other amendments, corrections, withdrawals or changes as required to rectify any error.
