4. Players' bet amount will determine the value of their reward.

5. Qualifying bet must have minimum combined odds of Evens (1/1), must be placed on any horse racing market.

6. Second Chance will only be refunded on losing singles and the ‘win’ part of each way bets.

7. Qualifying bet must be placed within 3 days after the offer is claimed.

8. This offer cannot be used in correlation with other offers such as a Free Bet offer, a Profit Boost offer, an Odds Boost offer or a Money back as a Free Bet offer.

9. Voided, cashed out, or partially cashed out bets do not qualify for this promotion.

10. System/multiple bets are not eligible.

11. The Second Chance promotion will be credited back into your account as a Free Bet to be used on horse racing, once the bet is settled.

12. The Free Bet has min. combination odds Evens (1/1), must be used on any horse racing market.

13. All Free Bet winnings will be credited into cash balance.

14. Free Bet stake not returned with winnings.

15. The Free Bet must be used in one instance, in its entirety.

16. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of a promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms, except if you have already opted in to this promotion or made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a Free Bet pursuant to this promotion, any such suspension, withdrawal or amendment will not apply to you or your participation in the promotion.
