Qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup is ongoing but a number of nations have already secured their place at the tournament, including some first-time participants such as Jordan and Uzbekistan.
The United States, Canada and Mexico have automatically qualified due to being co-hosts, while five-time winners Brazil remain the only country to have played in every World Cup.
Holders Argentina will be back to defend their title, while European heavyweights Spain, France, Italy and Germany are all expected to qualify.
