BETMGM VS LAURA WOODS: PREMIER LEAGUE DARTS NIGHT 4

BetMGM Premier League Darts action returns to Northern Ireland as the PDC’s premier roadshow arrives in Belfast for Night 4.

That also means it’s time for the fourth week of our brand new challenge with ambassador Laura Woods!

Each week, Laura pits her darting wits against the house to predict the action across three key markets:

  • Night Winner
  • Most 180s
  • Highest Checkout

A point is awarded for every correct prediction but please note that, if someone calls all three correctly, they’ll earn an extra two bonus points (meaning they get five points in total for that night).

Laura holds a 2-0 lead after the opening trio of nights.

NIGHT 4 FIXTURES

Here’s the draw bracket for BetMGM Premier League Darts Night 4:

Night 4 Bracket

Josh Rock’s home night comes with the increased pressure of the fact he’s bottom of the table and pointless after three weeks – a match with World Championship finalist and fellow debutant Gian van Veen is not exactly a nerve-settler.

Opening proceedings, though, is a rejuvenated Luke Littler taking on Night 3 winner Jonny Clayton.

The Welshman obliterated Littler 6-1 in the Glasgow semis last week but the world number one exploded back to life in winning the Poland Open at the weekend.

Michael van Gerwen, finalist on both nights he has played in so far this season, makes his return after skipping Glasgow with illness and goes in against Antwerp winner Gerwyn Price in the last eight.

World number two and last year’s Belfast winner Luke Humphries, meanwhile, looks to take a step toward his first final this season with what would be a fifth consecutive win over Stephen Bunting.

NIGHT 4 BETTING ODDS

But what do the odds say is likely to happen?

NIGHT 4 WINNER BETTING

Littler leads the night winner market at 6/4 despite early exits in all three weeks so far.

Humphries goes into the night as 7/2 second favourite even though he is on the same side of the draw as Littler.

Beaten Poland Open finalist Van Veen is next best at 11/2, with Antwerp winner Price at 6/1 and Van Gerwen at 10/1.

Rock, meanwhile, is at 12/1 for a sensational home victory, with Glasgow victor Clayton 14s and Bunting rounding off the betting at a big 28/1.

NIGHT 4 180s MARKET

Likewise, back-to-back world champion Littler heads the betting to hit the most 180s on Night 4. The 19-year-old has yet to nail this market across his three nights to date and is currently 5/4 to do so.

Humphries (9/2) is followed by Van Veen at 7/1 and Price at 8/1 while Rock (8/1), Clayton (9/1), Van Gerwen (12/1) and Bunting (14/1) round off the maximums market.

NIGHT 4 HIGHEST CHECKOUT ODDS

Clayton became the first player not named Van Gerwen to register the highest nightly checkout with a superb 156 finish in Glasgow – a shout that landed at 7/1 last week.

The Ferret is 13/2 to repeat the trick in Northern Ireland while Littler leads the market at 7/2.

Humphries sits at 5/1 while Bunting, at 10/1, brings up the rear in the betting.

Van Veen (11/2) and Price (6/1) make up the rest of the contenders while it is 7/4 for the big fish – a 170 checkout – to be hit at the SSE Arena as it was last season.
