How Night 3 Unfolded in Glasgow
The Ferret really announced his Premier League return in Scotland.
Jonny Clayton claimed his first nightly win since 2023 to surge to the top of the table after the opening three weeks.
The Welshman claimed the Night 3 crown at the Hydro by defeating Gian van Veen 6-2 in the final – the Dutchman losing at the final hurdle for the second week already this term.

Earlier in the night, Clayton had beaten compatriot Price for the first time in 11 matches in a spell spanning three years. His 6-3 win was impressive and set him on the way to a night which, ultimately, he controlled.
A stunning 6-1 demolition of Littler in the semi-final set up the meeting with the Giant and Clayton showed his class and his belonging on this stage by dropping only six legs all night.
After three thrilling weeks the sport's two biggest names remain outside the top four, with the Premier League table starting to take shape.
THE WINNER’S ENCLOSURE
"I felt good tonight, didn't expect the 6-1 against Luke I have to be honest, but I felt good and my darts were going in. When your finishing is good the confidence goes up… tonight was my night,” Clayton said post-match.
"I'm enjoying myself, when you enjoy what you're doing things seem to happen. I have a bit of experience in this tournament, it's my favourite and I know what I have to do to get to Finals Night.

"I don't like that I'm the oldest in the practice room, miles ahead! But it's nice to see different faces, the young guns, that's the future of our game. I'm enjoying myself and have to concentrate on myself and not them.
"I just enjoy it, I really enjoy it. Stadiums like this, the crowd is fantastic, it's where you want to be."
